First Street Fitness

Several programs are being offered at First Street Fitness in Bellevue.

Group Warm Water Exercise Class is offered Wed/Fri from 9-10:00 am to adults who can use regular stairs with railing entry.
Slots for private Special Pop. or Stroke Survivor sessions are available on Wednesdays

Directions From 405:
  • Take the 4th Ave NE Exit and travel West.

  • At the Light, Turn Left onto Bellevue Way.

  • Turn right onto 2nd. This road curves along the Park and Turns into 1st.
  • First Street Fitness is located at the corner of 100 Ave. NE and 1st NE In the Four seasons building.

Enter the building through the arch marked AMLI Apartments, using the wheel chair ramp. Enter the lobby where you will find elevators straight ahead. Take the elevator to P-2 level, it is marked inside the elevator to First Street Fitness. Turn right and enter the doorway into the Gym area.
