NW Womens Champs 2007

Saturday started out with quite a bit of waiting for 0-10knots of wind. At about 1pm we were able to start some races off with finishing a full rotation the first day. Sunday races started right on time with wind 5-15 coming from the SE, later becoming light. The regatta ended with a second full rotation at about 1:30pm. In the morning the wind was shifty and there were a few capsizes, but overall the races were kept close and the tension was high. Congratulations to the University of Washington Women, and good luck at Nationals we all wish you the best! A special thanks to our race committee Scott and Kyle, and to our mark boat handlers Randy and Andy.
